Five Stages of a New Hire at Mozilla
1. Where (the heck) did I land?? These people are so different from me.
2. Let me try and listen, watch and observe. Ah, Actually these people believe in something that is different from what I have known.
3. Now, many things start to make sense. I observe my brain wiring is under revision.
4. A couple months pass by. Now after interacting with me, I note the new"er" hires are not sure of where they landed either.
5. I think I am a Mozillian now.
